I’m Angela Jayne Andrea.
I’m an award-winning international writer, consultant and campaigner with more than 30 years’ experience across pregnancy, baby and child wellbeing and the Early Years.
I’ve written, taught, created and spoken in the media about the earliest stages of human life — always returning to the importance of connection, individuality and understanding the whole person.
Over those years, colour and energy became an increasingly important part of my work.
Chromatics™ is where those threads finally come together.
It is an exploration of something I have believed throughout my career: there isn’t one right way to be human.
Today my work spans the whole journey — from pregnancy and childhood to understanding who we are as adults and intentionally creating what comes next.

Modern Day Motherhood Magic brings those ideas into pregnancy, helping mothers create connection, nurture themselves and their baby, and experience pregnancy and birth with greater intention.
