When you become a Consultant, you can work the hours you choose, earn an average of £65 per hour* and at the same time be making a difference to the wellbeing of mums and their babies!

You will be able to arrange workshops, classes and 1:1 consultations and build your own future too.
Do I need a qualification?
We require you to have either a midwifery, childcare (level3 min) or reiki (level 2min) qualification as it is important to have a basic understanding of the holistic or pregnancy & birth world.
You are required to attend an initial 2 days training (in person) and submit end of training coursework before your licence is issued, however this training is in-depth and sufficient for you to launch your own practice.
It is important to understand that this is not (and does not claims to be) a medical programme and it does not replace the valuable work by the midwifery service. It is however, important and necessary to enable Mamas to have a better, relaxed and more connected pregnancy & birth.
What can I expect as a consultant?
First and foremost, you will be your own boss and so your mindset is key and should be focussed on giving it the love, dedication and time it needs.

You will be able to make your own schedule of workshops, classes and 1:1 appointments etc and this dictates the earnings you achieve.
​
However, you should also be prepared to dedicate (unpaid) time to your social media, to networking and offering free or sample sessions to support your community and grow your business. Additional marketing support and CPD courses are always available also.​
